Honoka 萌の花 is a Japanese dessert café that opened on Unionville Main Street in Markham. Serves handcrafted traditional sweets such as Ohagi, Dango, Kanten jelly, and the crystal-like Kohakutou. As one of the few places in Canada specializing in authentic wagashi, everything is made in-house in limited quantities. More than just a café, Honoka is a space to connect and experience Japanese culture.
